Delivery & Returns Policy
We aim to despatch your order by first class post within two working days. Our standard post and packaging charge is £5 for orders weighing up to 2kg. Larger parcels, special delivery or delivery by courier can be arranged. A quote will be provided and agreed with you before your order is finalised.
Full Price Purchases
If you are unhappy with your telephone order for any reason, we will provide an exchange or refund only if the item is returned in its original packaging (with tags) undamaged, unworn and in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. When making a return please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office (which is free) for the item you are returning – we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Reasonable postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. In the unfortunate event that your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement for you.
Reduced Price Purchases
We do not accept returns on sale or reduced price garments or accessories unless they are faulty. You must notify us within 30 days of receipt of the goods if they are faulty. We may offer a replacement or repair in these circumstances.
If the item you are returning was marked as a gift when it was purchased and it was delivered by us directly to you, we will send you a gift card for the value of the return. However, if the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order delivered directly to themselves to give to you later, we can only send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Telephone Orders - Your Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your telephone order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period, either by calling us on 01454 238940 or emailing email@example.com.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. You will be responsible for paying for the cost associated with returning the goods to us.
Returning Items to Sassy & Boo
For all returns please provide proof of purchase along with your contact details and a valid telephone number. Because we do not store your payment details we will need to telephone you so that we can process your refund. Alternatively, we will be happy to provide a credit note or a gift card for future purchases, or a replacement item(s) if that is your preference.
